Project:

Everyday object

Year:

2015

Client:

Agent Magazine

Budget:

1.500 eur

Project team:

Maša Mertelj, Matic Vrabič

Rather than on usefulness of the ashtray itself we focus on smoking as social event. We investigate the archetype and possibility of developing it to make it even more specific. Ashtray becomes an object of small architecture, that dictates hierarchy of people around the table. We develop a system in which 35 different ashtrays can be made.
